Luc is a Tokyo-based based film director and editor. As a Director, Luc has captained eyebrow-raising campaigns for Sony, Adidas, American Eagle, Lexus, GQ, Porsche, Japan National Tourism, Mizkan, MyProtein, Nissan and Desigual.

Trilingual and culturally weathered, Luc has a knack for crafting stories that transcend nationality and language. He makes it his mission to go against the grain and often subverts traditional ideas and images to create something new.

Luc’s other unhealthy obsession is UglyBoy, a 3d character he created a few years ago and continues to develop and experiment with.

Originally intended to make compositing plates for a friend but she didn’t need it in the end and I couldn’t stand the idea of not finishing it. Learned how to make crowds in the process too so that’s kind of neat.
